Electrical Engineer

We are a small design team focused on creating new technologies for physical products. As such, we are focused on the tactile, and building great solutions for end-users. We love building, making, and playing. Our shop includes many 3d printers, woodshop, metalshop and an electronics area for creating and testing prototypes. We often need electronics design but have always contracted out any Electronics Engineering, PCB Layout, and Firmware design. We to hire an electrical engineer to our core team.

Problem solving is at the core of Swarm. Being a small team, we often get to dive into subjects and tasks that we are unfamiliar with. Flexible thinking and solid research are the keys to this style of design. Our hours, environment and style are flexible. If this sounds like a place you'd like to work please submit a "portfolio" (more important than a resume) of previous work. The format can be very casual. Just show some old work you're proud that you built, sculpted, programed, whatever. Something as simple as a collection of phone photos, or screengrabs would work just fine.
